Refund and Returns Policy



To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly encourage our customers to take a video of the unboxing of the product. This helps us determine if any damage or defects were present at the time of delivery. By doing this, we can share these videos with our manufacturers, making it possible to identify whether damage occurred before receiving or after using the product. Remember, if you do not have an unboxing video, we might not be able to process your return or refund, as it becomes difficult to determine when and how the damage occurred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions for the refund/return are as follows:

  • The wrong product was sent to you.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • If there is some defect in the product.

5-7 working days are taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Notebooks with apparent signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since placing your order, we can’t cancel the order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund reflects in your account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
